Excerpt from the press briefing by Gov. Joy Bernos on the blasting incident in La Paz on January 25, 2018:

GOV. JOY BERNOS:  The blasting incident early this morning that transpired in the Municipality of La Paz, my hometown, during the celebration of the town fiesta has caused the lives of two policemen namely PO3 Carlos Bocaig and PO2 Frenzel Kitoyan. There were 25 civilians injured and 1 person taken to a private hospital for better treatment.

Right now we have communicated with the PNP Regional Command who now heads the investigation.  I am expecting full details of their report any moment from now.
