Nineteen centenarians from the different municipalities of the province receive a P100,000-gift assistance each from the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) at the Capitol Atrium.

Abra’s centenarians include Zenaida B. Pichay, Angela A. Belandres, Concepcion T. Adona, Teresa B. Valea, Irene B. Bono, Jaime P. Tubban, Kadangyaw Pasudag, Langgumay J. Sapongen, Manuel Balani, Magdalena D. Andallo, Simplicio Baldemor, Gertrudis T. Teneza, Benita Briones, Benito Brioso, Nicolas Tul-ing, Andres C. Tagtoo, Alli T. Murphy, Tona Aven, and Dal-is Cagod.

Most of the centenarians personally received their cash gifts while representatives were sent by those who could not make it to the venue.
