This form is provided by the Provincial Government of Abra (PGA) for government entities that wish to display official announcements, campaigns, or public service messages on the PGA‑owned LED wall.

👉 Note: Only government agencies and offices may avail of this service. Private agencies or individuals are not allowed.

👉 All submitted video files must be in .mp4 formatto ensure compatibility with the LED wall system.
