Gov. Joy Bernos inducted the 2018-2019 Officers of Boy Scouts of the Philippines (BSP)-Abra Council during the annual meeting of BSP-Abra Council on April 18, 2018 at the Capitol Social Hall.

The Council Executive Board 2018-2019 present during the meeting/induction were Council Chairman Atty. Joselito A. Benedito, 1st Vice Chairman Mr. Michael Ronald Bersamira Jr., Treasurer Mr. Romie L. Turqueza, Assistant Treasurer Engr. Rodolfo De La Paz, Secretary/ Council Scout Executive Mr. Wilfredo Gascon, Commissioner for Training Mr. Catalino Bisquera, Board Members Mr. Cris Albolote, Dr. Aurelio Labanen, Mrs. Teresita Parel, and Mrs. Decimia Cabang.

BSP-Abra Council Chairman Joselito A. Benedito also inducted Governor Joy Bernos as Honorary Council Chairperson.
