Gov. Joy Bernos’ message to fellow Abreños on the blasting incident in La Paz on January 25, 2018:

GOV. JOY BERNOS:  I appeal to each & everyone. Let’s not get tired. We have started promoting our province or marketing our province in a different level. Haan tay kadi a lumdaang wenno agsardeng nga agar aramid iti pagsyaatan ti probinsya.  Adidjay tayon. Let’s sustain it. And let’s not get affected iti maysa a banag a haan tay met a kayat a nangyari.  Again we give our Abreños, our province mates, our assurance that Abra is still secure through our Philippine Army and the Philippine National Police.
