The Provincial Government of Abra extended relief assistance to 2,585 families in Luba and Boliney on August 22, 2026, as persistent Southwest Monsoon (Habagat) rains continued to affect communities.
A total of 1,585 families in Luba and 1,000 families in Boliney received rice subsidies from the Office of the President, coursed through the DBM, along with food packs from the Provincial Government of Abra.
Led by Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, the relief operation brought timely assistance to Abraโs upland and remote communities; affirming the provinceโs commitment to stand with every Abreรฑo in times of need.
