Bersamin, distributed 15,500 tilapia fingerlings to fisherfolk beneficiaries in Villaviciosa on September 10, 2026, in partnership with the Municipal Government of Villaviciosa led by Mayor Marjorie L. Lagen.

Sourced from the BFAR–National Fisheries Development Center in Binloc, Dagupan City, the initiative underscores the Provincial Government’s commitment to strengthening livelihoods, increasing local fish production, and advancing sustainable aquaculture for food security and improved income among Abreño families.
