As Habagat rains continue, help reached Maguyepyep, Sallapadan on August 12, bringing relief, warm meals, and comfort to families affected by the rains.

A total of 324 families received food packs from the Provincial Government of Abra, led by Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin, through the initiative of Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin. The DSWD-CAR Mobile Kitchen also served hot meals to affected residents.

The response was strengthened through the collective efforts of the PDRRMO, PSWDO, Municipal Government of Sallapadan led by Mayor Fernando A. Semanero Jr., and the 50th Infantry Division, Philippine Army.

When the rains grow heavy, compassion shines brighter. Abra continues to stand together, bringing relief to families and hope to communities weathering the storm.
