The Provincial Government of Abra continued its province-wide relief operations on May 11, 2026, bringing rice and essential supplies to 11,002 families in Tayum and Lagangilang. Led by Governor Takit P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, the initiative reached 5,570 families in Tayum and 5,432 families in Lagangilang, offering timely assistance and hope to communities in need.

Now on its 11th day, the continuing relief effort reflects Abra’s enduring spirit of unity, compassion, and people-centered service, with Vice Governor Bersamin and members of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan personally leading the distribution on the ground.
