The Provincial Government of Abra has received one (1) Patient Transport Vehicle under the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) Medical Transport Vehicle Donation Program (MTVDP), further strengthening access to quality healthcare services for Abreños.

Governor Eustaquio “Takit” P. Bersamin formally received the vehicle during the ceremonial turnover on July 24, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol of Pampanga. The new transport unit will help ensure the safe and timely transfer of patients, particularly those requiring urgent medical care.

Led by President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr., the turnover completed the PCSO’s goal of providing Patient Transport Vehicles to all 82 provinces nationwide, reaffirming the national government’s commitment to accessible, responsive, and inclusive healthcare for every Filipino.
