The Provincial Government of Abra extended relief assistance to 820 families in Bucloc, Abra on August 25, 2026, as persistent Southwest Monsoon or Habagat rains continued to affect communities.
Led by Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, the assistance included rice subsidies from the Office of the President through the Department of Budget and Management, along with food packs from the Provincial Government of Abra, delivered in coordination with the respective municipal governments.
Beyond the relief, this is a message of hope and solidarity: no community is too distant, no journey too difficult, and every Abreรฑo family is reached with care in times of need.
