The Provincial Government of Abra, in partnership with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), Department of Social Welfare and Development–Abra (DSWD-SWAD), and Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), brought essential relief assistance to hard-to-reach communities in Tineg, Malibcong, and Lacub.

Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin personally joined the helicopter-assisted delivery, helping ensure that aid reaches communities where difficult terrain and limited road access make ground transport challenging.
