Eighty-five farmers in San Isidro received coffee and cacao seedlings, livelihood support, and cash assistance through Project MULA (Mobilizing Upliftment through Livelihood and Agriculture), an initiative of the Provincial Government of Abra through the Office of the Vice Governor, in partnership with the Office of the Provincial Agriculture, the LGU of San Isidro led by Mayor Marilyn Pacsa, DOST, ASIST-AFTIICC, and SWAD Abra.

Beneficiaries also underwent training on coffee and cacao production, equipping them with practical knowledge and skills to improve productivity and increase income.

Through collaboration and shared commitment, Project MULA continues to create opportunities, strengthen rural livelihoods, and advance sustainable agricultural development in Abra.
