The Department of Transportation – Cordillera Administrative Region (DOTr-CAR), in partnership with the Provincial Government of Abra, invites interested individuals to participate in a 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞 (𝐓𝐃𝐂) on 𝐉𝐮𝐧𝐞 𝟏𝟔–𝟏𝟕, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, at the 𝐀𝐒𝐈𝐒𝐓 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐥 in Bangued, Abra.

This initiative aims to provide aspiring drivers with the mandatory seminar and assessment required for the application of a Student Permit and, eventually, a Driver’s License. Participants will gain essential knowledge on road safety, traffic laws, and responsible driving practices.

Applicants must be at least sixteen (16) years old and submit the following:

For applicants with a National ID or Passport:

• Photocopy of National ID (front and back), or

• Photocopy of Passport

• For married female applicants, a photocopy of the PSA/NSO Certificate of Marriage

If no National ID or Passport is available:

• One (1) photocopy of any valid ID

• One (1) photocopy of Birth Certificate

𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒:

1. Applicants must personally attend the entire two-day seminar.

2. Please wear proper attire at all times.

3. Bring your own ballpen, snacks, and lunch.

4. Create your LTO Portal account through https://portal.lto.gov.ph prior to the seminar.
