The Provincial Local Price Coordinating Council (PLPCC) held its 3rd Quarter Meeting on September 28, 2026, at the Abra Provincial Capitol Social Hall to strengthen coordination on price and supply monitoring across the province.
Presided by Provincial Legal Officer Atty. Noreen Bragas, with Acting PCDO Anacleto Buenafe Jr. representing Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin, the meeting brought together DTI-Abra, DA-Abra, member agencies, and industry representatives.
Discussions focused on the prices and availability of basic necessities and prime commodities, agricultural supply, consumer concerns, joint monitoring activities, and preparations for Consumer Welfare Month 2026.
The council reaffirmed its shared commitment to responsive monitoring, stronger inter-agency coordination, and the protection of AbreΓ±o consumers.
