As part of the Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat, the Provincial Disability Affairs Office (PDAO), in partnership with the Provincial Health Office (PHO) and Provincial Department of Health Office (PDOHO), brought essential health and disability services closer to Abreño beneficiaries at the Abra Capitol Atrium.

Beneficiaries received medical and dental check-ups, medicines, and assistive devices, while qualified PWDs underwent assessment and measurements for prosthetic devices to ensure appropriate support based on their needs.

The initiative reflects the Provincial Government of Abra’s commitment to accessible, inclusive, responsive, and people-centered public service.
