The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), convened the Provincial Advisory Council (PAC) Meeting on July 30, 2026, at the Social Hall of the Abra Provincial Capitol.
Representing Governor Eustaquio βTakitβ P. Bersamin, PAC Chairperson, Assistant Provincial Administrator Atty. Israel G. Bonite presided over the meeting, bringing together government agencies and partner stakeholders to discuss key accomplishments, program updates, and priority initiatives.
