Under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne Bersamin, the Provincial Government of Abra, through the Public Employment Service Office (PESO) headed by Constancia Trongco, in partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE), successfully conducted the Special Program for the Employment of Students (SPES) payout on June 25, 2026, at the Abra Sports Complex Gymnasium in Bangued.
A total of 118 Abreรฑo students received their wages under the program, providing them with meaningful work experience while helping support their educational needs.
Through SPES, the Provincial Government of Abra continues to invest in the education, growth, and future success of Abreรฑo youth.
