TESDA-Abra, led by Provincial Director Belmar Angoling, celebrated its 32nd Anniversary and National Technical-Vocational Day through the World CafΓ© of Opportunities on August 25, 2025, at the Abra Sports Complex.
In partnership with DOLE and PESO-Abra, the event continues to open doors for employment, training, scholarships, and career opportunities for AbreΓ±os. Jobseekers and applicants may still explore available opportunities and connect with participating agencies and employers.
The celebration also featured the distribution of training allowances and toolkits, recognition of Hired-On-The-Spot and Near-Hire recipients, and skills demonstrations by participating institutions.
Representing Governor Eustaquio Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, Provincial Information Officer Atty. King Blas Jervin Pagtailan reminded participants that behind every opportunity is a dream, and behind every dream is the courage to pursue a better future.
Through the ongoing World CafΓ© of Opportunities, TESDA-Abra continues to bring skills closer to opportunities and opportunities closer to AbreΓ±os, opening doors toward productive and sustainable futures.
