The Provincial Government of Abra, led by Governor Eustaquio Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne Bersamin, conducted the Employeesβ Orientation Seminar on May 18β19, 2026 at the Abra Sports Complex Gymnasium in partnership with Pag-IBIG Fund, Social Security System, City Savings Bank, Bureau of Internal Revenue, National Healthcare Shield, and PhilHealth.
The activity gathered 1,094 regular and contract of service employees from various provincial offices for a meaningful learning session on employee benefits, healthcare services, financial literacy, tax responsibilities, and government support programs.
The seminar reflected the Provincial Governmentβs continuing commitment to building an informed, empowered, and service-driven workforce dedicated to responsive and efficient public service.
