The Provincial Government of Abra, under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio “Takit” Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne Bersamin, extended assistance to the family of Mr. Roberto Ola and Mrs. Catherine Ola of Lumobang, San Juan, Abra, whose home was severely damaged by a tornado on May 18, 2026.

To help the family recover, the Provincial Government provided roofing materials, cement, tool kits, and food packs to support the rebuilding of their home. The Provincial General Services Office (PGSO) also assisted in cementing the house’s flooring, helping make it safer and more livable.

Deeply grateful for the assistance, the Ola family expressed their heartfelt appreciation for the compassion and timely support extended to them.

More than rebuilding a house, this initiative reflects the Provincial Government of Abra’s unwavering commitment to restoring hope, strengthening resilience, and standing with every Abrenian family in times of adversity because no one is left behind.
