A total of 1,006 Abreรฑos received cash assistance through the Unified Package for Livelihood, Industry, Food and Transport (UPLIFT) during Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat Para sa Lahat held at the La Paz Civic Center on September 14, 2026.
Facilitated by DSWDโField Office Cordillera, through SWAD Abra, with the support of the respective MSWDOs, the assistance aims to help poor, near-poor, and low-income families cope with rising prices of fuel and basic commodities.
Beneficiaries came from Danglas (115), La Paz (372), Lagayan (107), and Bucay (412).
The initiative reflects the governmentโs commitment to bringing accessible, responsive, and people-centered services closer to every Abreรฑo.
