The Provincial Government of Abra joins the nationwide Handog ng Pangulo: Serbisyong Sapat para sa Lahat on September 14, 2026, at the Abra Sports Complex in Bangued, bringing together national government agencies, local government units, and partner institutions in a collective effort to bring essential government services closer to every Abreño.

Under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, the Provincial Government continues to foster strong inter-agency collaboration, ensuring that government programs, assistance, and interventions are delivered efficiently, inclusively, and responsively to communities across the province.

As part of the celebration, participating national government agencies established a One-Stop Shop at the Divine Word College of Bangued Gymnasium, providing Abreños with convenient access to a wide range of government services, programs, and assistance in one accessible venue.

The activity likewise highlights the government’s continuing commitment to uplifting the lives of individuals, families, and communities through the provision of various forms of assistance and the recognition of beneficiaries who continue to be empowered through national government programs.
