After Holy Week, SP Member Francis Cesar Bringas urged capitol workers to leave behind negativity and return renewed; better than before. He described the season as a time to reflect, deepen faith, and practice kindness in everyday actions.

He also warned against believing everything online, encouraging everyone to think critically and stay discerning throughout the year. In line with Araw ng Kagitingan on April 9, he reminded employees that heroism is not only about sacrifice, but also about honest and dedicated service.
