Amid the continuing Habagat rains, relief reached 5,851 families in Pidigan and Langiden on August 20.

Under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, the Provincial Government delivered rice assistance from the National Government under President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr., through the Bagong Pilipinas program and Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), alongside food packs from the Province.

In Pidigan, 4,467 families received assistance under the leadership of Mayor Billy Donato Jr., while 1,384 families in Langiden were assisted under Mayor Secel Palecpec.

With provincial and municipal governments working hand in hand, help reached families at a time when they needed it most; turning national support into meaningful action on the ground.
