The Provincial Government of Abra, under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio “Takit” Bersamin, through the Office of the Provincial Agriculturist (OPAG) headed by Provincial Agriculturist Engr. Christopher Gulloy, signed a resolution recognizing and supporting the Sitio Pudayam Farmers, Irrigators and Fisherfolk Association (SIPPIFA) on August 13, 2026, at the Abra Provincial Capitol.

The initiative strengthens the province’s commitment to empowering farmers, irrigators, and fisherfolk through sustainable livelihoods, improved productivity, and stronger agricultural communities.
