Bersamin on May 19, 2026, to strengthen collaborative community development efforts in Abra.
Discussions centered on the Parent Leaders Training in Licuan-Baay and the monitoring of the ESSI Project in Bucay; initiatives aimed at empowering communities and creating sustainable livelihood opportunities.
The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office also presented its FY 2025β2028 Action Plan in support of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps), reinforcing the provinceβs commitment to stronger social protection, active community participation, and long-term development for Abra families.
