The Department of Transportation–Cordillera Administrative Region (DOTr-CAR), represented by Cecilio D. Gallardo, paid a courtesy call on Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin on June 17, 2026, at the Abra Provincial Capitol.

The meeting highlighted the successful conduct of the Free Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) in Abra and reaffirmed the strong partnership between DOTr-CAR and the Provincial Government of Abra in promoting road safety and responsible driving.

Governor Bersamin expressed his continued support for programs that equip aspiring drivers with essential knowledge and help build safer roads and communities across the province.
