The DILG Abra Provincial Office, led by Provincial Director Kristoffer Dave R. Alvarez, conducted the 2025 LGU Exit Conference for the Province of Abra on August 17, 2026, at the Gabaldon Social Hall, University of Abra.

The conference reviewed the 2025 LGU Profiling Results, identified governance gaps, and developed concrete actions through action planning and strategic road mapping.

Representing Governor Eustaquio “Takit” P. Bersamin, Provincial Information Officer Atty. King Blas Jervin C. Pagtailan said the profiling results should serve as a guide for reflection, accountability, and continuous improvement in public service.

“Good governance is a shared responsibility,” Pagtailan said, emphasizing the importance of translating identified gaps and recommendations into concrete actions that improve the lives of every Abreño.

Governor Bersamin and PIO Pagtailan were likewise recognized for their steadfast support and valuable contributions to the successful conduct of the activity.

The conference reaffirmed DILG Abra’s commitment to accountable, responsive, effective, and people-centered local governance for a better-served Abreño community.
