The Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA)–Cordillera State Institute of Technical Education (CSITE) convened the CONNECT–SECURE–INVOLVE–TRAIN–EMPLOY (CSITE) Project Orientation and Stakeholders’ Forum on July 9, 2026, at Aciri Resort in Dolores, Abra.

CSITE Abra Campus Administrator Emmanuel Ballesteros welcomed participants and emphasized the importance of strong partnerships among government agencies, local government units, and partner institutions in advancing technical education and workforce development. CSITE Executive Director Daisy Bungallon highlighted the project’s accomplishments and reaffirmed the value of sustained collaboration under the theme, “Connecting Partners, Creating Opportunities.”

The Provincial Government of Abra joined representatives from DepEd, DTI, DOLE, LGUs, and other stakeholders in the forum, which strengthened partnerships, encouraged strategic collaboration, and reinforced a shared commitment to expanding skills training and employment opportunities for Abreños.
