The Provincial Social Welfare and Development Office (PSWDO), led by OIC Icee B. Molina, convened the 1st Quarterly Joint Meeting of the LCAT VAW-C and LCPC on April 7 at the Capitol Atrium.

The session strengthened inter-agency coordination and reinforced policies protecting women and children. Key developments included the presentation of Executive Orders formalizing both bodies, discussions on laws addressing OSAEC and CSAEM, adoption of a Child Protection Policy, and the 2026 Annual Work and Financial Plan.

Case updates were also reviewed to improve interventions and collaboration. Representing Governor Takit P. Bersamin, Atty. Noreen Bragas presided over the meeting, guiding unified and action-driven outcomes.
