


The Provincial Government of Abra joined the Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) RO-CAR, OWWA, DOLE, and TESDA in the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement for the Convergence on Programs and Services for Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) on June 10, 2026, at the Adtempco Mt. Carmel Agri-Tourism and Training Center in Pidigan, Abra.
The partnership strengthens inter-agency collaboration to provide OFWs and their families with improved access to employment assistance, skills development, welfare programs, and reintegration support.
Signed by Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and partner agencies, the agreement reflects a shared commitment to protecting, empowering, and supporting OFWs throughout every stage of their journey.
