The Province of Abra has once again earned the 2025 Good Financial Housekeeping (GFH) Seal from the Department of the Interior and Local Government, reaffirming its commitment to transparency, accountability, and sound fiscal management.

Under the leadership of Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, Abra stands among the six provinces in the Cordillera Administrative Region that successfully met the national standards for financial governance and public disclosure.

Adding to this achievement, all 18 municipalities of Abra likewise secured the GFH Seal, reflecting a province-wide commitment to responsible governance and prudent management of public resources. These municipalities are Bangued, Bucay, Daguioman, Danglas, Dolores, La Paz, Lagangilang, Lagayan, Luba, Manabo, Peรฑarrubia, Pilar, Sallapadan, San Juan, Tayum, Tineg, Tubo, and Villaviciosa.

This recognition highlights the collective efforts of local officials and employees in upholding integrity, efficiency, and excellence in public service; strengthening public trust and advancing good governance throughout Abra.
