The Provincial Government of Abra, through the Provincial Engineering Office (PEO), continues its rotating road-clearing operations amid the prevailing Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).
Engineering teams are clearing roads, drainage systems, and obstructions to help keep provincial roads safe, accessible, and passable, particularly in areas affected by heavy rains and weather-related hazards.
