Seven talented boxers from Abra, led by Coach John Paul Tubice, paid a courtesy call on Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin on June 1, 2026, at the Abra Provincial Capitol after emerging as Overall Champion in the Itchiego Fitness Gym Amateur Boxing Competition held in Subic, Zambales on May 30.
