The Provincial Government of Abra, through Governor Eustaquio P. Bersamin and Vice Governor Anne A. Bersamin, participated in the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing Ceremony for PAGCOR-funded school building projects on September 24, 2026, at the PAGCOR Corporate Office in Pasay City.
The ceremony was attended by Department of Education Secretary Juan Edgardo βSonnyβ M. Angara, PAGCOR Chairman and CEO Alejandro H. Tengco, Sangguniang Panlalawigan Member Patrocinio B. Abaya, Jr., and representatives of PAGCOR and participating institutions.
Among the projects covered is the construction of a three-storey school building at Tagodtod National High School in Tagodtod, Lagangilang, Abra, which will help provide learners with safer, more conducive, and improved learning facilities.
The MOA formalizes the collaboration among concerned institutions for the implementation of these education infrastructure projects in Abra.
The Provincial Government of Abra also acknowledges the earlier efforts of former Usec. Adrian Carlos Bersamin, whose support helped advance the initiative.
