  Athletes during the #CARAA2018 chose to compete barefoot. The barefoot athletes included Abra Stallions Athletics Izzy Tuazon, Trisha Mae Gaban, Lea Venus Blaza, Ariane Faye Mapa-os, Princhel Joy Oca, Flora Mae Allita, and Mark Johnsel Megallon. Victory Night of the CARAA 2018 Abra Delegation

The Provincial Government of Abra headed by Gov.
