The finest Abra products were showcased during the National Trade Fair on August 22-25, 2019, at Megatrade Halls of SM Megamall, Mandaluyong. 

The nine exhibitors–Quiday, Neila Ardaniel, Librado Donato, Glenda Castillanes, Ma. Zita Benabese, Natividad Balbin, Esperanza Barcena, Carlo Balneg, and Ruby Guzman–raked in P1.6 million of total sales from their loom weaving, bamboo craft, and furnishing businesses according to Officer Rogelio Alagao, DTI-Abra. 

These were Leila’s Loomweaving of La Paz, Neila Ardaniel’s Loomweaving of La Paz, Namarabar Ethnic Crafts and Antiques of Peñarrubia, Saranay Group Association of La Paz, Ma. Zita Abel and Antiques of Peñarrubia, Balbin’s Furniture Enterprises of Bangued, F. Barcena Bamboocraft of La Paz, Carlo’s Bamboocraft Furniture and Furnishings of Tayum, and Glory’s Bamboocraft of La Paz.

With help from DTI-Abra, they were able to bring Abrenian-made products to a bigger stage and at the same time, gained entrepreneurial competence in the trade fair.
