​Abra Provincial Police Office (PPO) showcased the beauty, resilience, and strength of the policewomen during the “Search for Ms. Ganda Pulis 2019”.

The search was held on February 13, 2019, at Camp Juan Villamor, Calaba, Bangued.

PO1 Cess Talla of Licuan-Baay Municipal Police Station (MPS) won the crown edging out six candidates from MPS of Manabo, Bucay, Lagangilang, San Quintin, San Isidro, and the Provincial Mobile Force Company.

PO1 Talla will represent the Abra PPO at the Regional Search for Ms. Ganda Pulis 2019 on February 20, 2019, at the Police Regional Office, La Trinidad, Benguet.

Police Community Relations Officer Marcy Grace Marron said this beauty pageant is part of strengthening the public advocacy of PNP in celebration of the 2019 National Women’s Month.

Last year, PO1 Elyor Chrisma Caberto of Abra represented PRO Cordillera and was awarded as Ms. Makabansa during the Ganda Pulis 2018 grand finals.
